Support Coordination

Kickstart Care supports individuals to understand and effectively utilise their NDIS plans.

Our Level 2 support coordinators will assist in:

• Reporting to the NDIA
• Understanding your NDIS plan and funding
• Supporting you in managing and tracking your budget
• Designing support approaches
• Researching, exploring and connecting you with appropriate mainstream, community, and funded support services
• Building capacity and resilience
• Coaching, refining and reflecting
• Ongoing management of service delivery tasks
• Liaising with the NDIS and service providers
• Crisis planning, prevention, mitigation and action
• Developing your understanding of the NDIS and the services available to you
• Providing regular progress reports to the NDIA
• Reviewing your NDIS plan when required
